Small size design office in Kingsgrove providing residential design service is looking for a person to assist our team with drafting/design work for a period of 6 weeks. this is to replace a staff member while on annual leave.
This is a full-time position for six weeks, this role is office-based working from our office at Kingsgrove in Sydney (Remote work or working from home is not an option for this position).
The person will be required to undertake the following duties, review LEP, DCP and SEPP planning controls, prepare suitable DA, CDC plans, prepare suitable construction drawings and details, 3D perspectives, be able to refer to the NCC when detailing etc.
It is preferred that the person have 1 to 2 years' experience working in a design office in Australia
The person should hold appropriate qualifications or be studding a design related course.
You will be required to be an advanced user of Revit and have a good understanding of AutoCAD, Photoshop etc.
An ABN is required for this position, with an immediate start
