Zone 50 Engineering Surveys perform a variety of Engineering Surveying work across multiple disciplines including Bulk Civils, Roadworks and Construction.
We are seeking an experienced surveyor to join our team who can work autonomously when needed, problem solve issues and communicate well within our own organisation and with our clients.
Due to continued company growth, we encourage Senior Engineering Surveyors and/or experienced Licensed Surveyors to apply.
Our projects include Metro, DIDO and FIFO arrangements to give flexibility to suit our surveyor's preferences for where they like to work.
Overseas applicants are not being considered.
Qualifications & experience
In order to be successful in this role and future roles you will need the following:
* Degree or Diploma in Surveying + relevant experience delivering projects.
* An advanced understanding of Surveying Principles and Data Management.
* Experience in road construction, survey control establishment, earthworks and machine control support.
* An ability to build sound working relationships with clients.
* Excellent attention to detail and great problem-solving skills. Plan your tasks for successful outcomes.
* 12D, Leica and/or Carlson experience desirable, training can be provided on equipment and software.
Tasks & responsibilities
At Zone 50 you will be required to:
* Liaise with clients for current and future survey task planning.
* Develop robust surveying methodologies to suit client needs.
* Data Management for office processing and field work.
* Communicate and collaborate with Zone 50 colleagues and supervisors to ensure safe, timely and precise surveying service delivery.
