 
        
        You will be the head of the restaurant floor and the waiter/waitress for task delegation and customer service. 
You will be accountable for the end of day close and communication with Management and the kitchen's Head Chef.Must have RCG or willing to obtain before commencement. 
Experience preferred but not essential.Cook needed to support Chef and Head Chef.
