About the role
We are seeking Health Care Workers to join our innovative and committed medical team.
We are seeking applications from qualified Healthcare Workers to join our Aged Care Services in Penshurst, Coleraine, the Grange and the Birches Hamilton.
The successful applicants will provide high standard services that support and assist patients and residents to achieve maximum independence by meeting daily living and personal requirements within their plan of care, with consideration of individual preferences.
The role will assist patients and residents to maintain their independence wherever possible and to provide daily care using a person-centred approach in accordance with the resident's individual care plans.
Hours of work will include shift work, weekends and public holidays.

WDHS Aged Care Services
The Penshurst & District Health Service consists of 4 acute beds and the Penshurst Nursing Home provides permanent accommodation for 29 residents. This incorporates 19 high care nursing home beds and 10 low care nursing home beds. It offers nursing care to the frail, elderly and disabled in our community. The facility offers shared and single rooms and provides an environment of comfort, dignity and security. Read more
Coleraine provides permanent and respite accommodation for residents and offers low level care to the elderly and disabled in our community. The Coleraine District Health Service compromises of Wannon Court Hostel and Valley View Nursing Home. Valley View Nursing Home which provides permanent accommodation for 12 residents and offers nursing care to the frail, elderly and disabled and Wannon Hostel with 39 beds. Read more
The Grange Residential Care Services provides permanent and respite accommodation for 50 residents and offers nursing care to the frail, elderly and disabled in our community. Read more
The Birches provides permanent and respite accommodation for 44 residents, including 1 Sub-Acute Palliative Care bed. The Birches offers nursing care to the frail, elderly and disabled in our community. Read more

Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
