About the role
We're on the lookout for skilled Loader/Excavator Operators to join our dynamic team at the Ballarat Recycling Facility. This is a role with a focus on resource recovery and waste management.
What you'll do
* Operate forklifts and loaders to assess and cart loads.
* Handle materials and support resource recovery tasks.
* Participate in landfill operations (training provided).
Qualifications & skills
* Required: Front‑end loader and excavator tickets.
* Highly Regarded: Forklift ticket.
* Construction White Card (preferred).
* Strong adherence to safety protocols.
