Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Strategy Business Partner to join our Pharmacy and Retail team. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Merchandise, eCommerce and Supply Chain to solve complex challenges, unlock new opportunities, and drive commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic projects and workstreams that tackle key business problems
* Develop robust commercial and financial analyses to support high-stakes decisions
* Monitor market trends and identify competitive threats and growth opportunities
* Support the development of business unit strategies and corporate planning initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You must have a proven track record in an M&A, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy or Business Development role. Additionally, you should have experience in defining, running and delivering strategic analyses independently or as part of a team. You should also be able to provide value-adding strategy and commercial advice to senior management. A critical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills is essential for this role. You must also have demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams and a tertiary qualification in commerce, law or related discipline.
