Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Narrandera is seeking a dedicated Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator with a commitment to providing excellence in care, to join their team. The successful applicant will possess a passion for high quality care and education and preferably be available Monday to Friday.
The service operates 6:30am-6pm and is licensed for 85 places, catering for 0 to 5-year-olds.
The successful applicant will possess:
* Diploma qualification
* Current Working with Children's Check
* Child protection training
* Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
* Understanding of the NQS and National Quality Framework
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements
* A passion and enthusiasm for learning and a desire to create warm and inviting learning spaces for children
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* An ability to demonstrate strong skills in observing, programming & planning, to meet children's individual needs.
