Role Details
This role is roaming-based, Monday to Friday with a rostered Saturday.
Responsibilities
1. Site-based work in North Sydney
2. Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
3. Ensure compliance with legislation
4. Ensure all sites adhere to current Quality regulations
5. Provide training and advice to team members and subcontractors
6. Conduct reviews and risk analyses
7. Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
8. Investigate incidents and report findings
Minimum Requirements
1. Cert IV in OH&S or higher
2. At least 1 year of experience in HSE within commercial construction, preferably in new build commercial projects
3. Strong understanding of current OH&S legislation
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
