About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Advisor to join a highly respected organisation on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting both recruitment and HR advisory functions during a busy period of growth.
This is a hands-on, varied position where you'll spend approximately 60% of your time managing end-to-end recruitment across both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
The remaining 40% will be focused on providing HR advisory and generalist support across the business.You'll partner closely with stakeholders, guiding them through processes, building strong relationships, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality people experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a mix of operational, trades, and professional roles
Provide HR advice and support to leaders and employees
Partner with stakeholders, offering guidance and coaching
Coordinate and support HR processes and initiatives
Assist with investigations and generalist HR matters
Track and maintain HR budgets and reporting
Support compliance audits and ensure documentation accuracy
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives
About You
Experience in HR advisory and recruitment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build trusting relationships
Passion for streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency
A hands-on approach, using initiative and enjoying problem-solving
Team-oriented, supportive, and comfortable working in a close-knit, fun, and collaborative HR team
