About the Role
Baillie Hill is a new hospitality precinct opening in East Victoria Park. We're looking for a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to support the upkeep, safety, and presentation of multiple venues, gardens, and stable areas across the site.
This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional or ex-tradie ready to step into a coordination-focused role while staying hands-on. You'll work closely with venue teams, the grounds crew, and contractors to keep the precinct running smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across the precinct
* Carry out hands-on repairs and minor works
* Liaise with and coordinate contractors and trades
* Work alongside the grounds team on gardens and outdoor areas
* Conduct site inspections and follow up actions
* Maintain maintenance logs and support WHS compliance
* Coordinate deliveries and site access as required
What We're Looking For
* Background in maintenance, facilities, or a trade-based role
* Strong practical skills and problem-solving ability
* Comfortable coordinating work across multiple areas
* Good communication and basic computer skills
* Physically fit and safety-focused
