About the Role
As a Payroll Officer, you will:
Process pay files and facilitate payroll-related procedures
Develop payroll skills such as master data entry, timesheet coding, and leave processing
Address and resolve complex pay-related queries
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines, solve problems, and contribute to team goals
What We’re Looking For
Current National Police Clearance (mandatory)
Payroll experience (desirable)
Experience with Chris21 (desirable)
Background in Human Resources, Contracts, or Customer Service (call centre experience preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel – intermediate level)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, motivated, and able to meet strict deadlines
