**Your new role** 
Looking for an Office Administrator with payroll experience to join the team. Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Customer service, assisting with phone queries 
- Data entry 
- End-to-end payroll processes and maintaining payroll and leave records 
- General ad-hoc administration tasks 
- Generating reports 
- Sales invoicing 
- Filing and scanning 
- Provide support within the administration team
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Understanding of the Traffic Management industry is desirable 
- Experience with Preceda software is advantageous 
- Experience in administration and payroll processes 
- Cert III in Business Administration is desirable 
- Ability to work in a fast paced, busy workplace 
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 
- Customer service skills
