About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process and administer warranty claims in a timely manner
* Liaise with service technicians, manufacturers, and other departments to ensure seamless workflow
* Maintain up-to-date warranty records and databases
What We're Looking For
* Solid administrative experience—ideally within an automotive dealership
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to manage paperwork and data entry accurately and efficiently
* Proficiency in dealership management systems is a plus
