We are seeking a hands on and customer centric Cluster Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs and David Lawrence Canberra Myer and David Jones concession stores.
We have an exciting prospect for an experienced full time Cluster Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations within your concession store, responsibilities including; Customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.

This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail
* Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory
* Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's
* Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills
* Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base
* Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers
* An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others
* A huge passion for fashion
* Robust leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team
