**The Role**
The APS5 Guidance Officer is accountable under limited supervision to undertake moderately complex to complex work.
Legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents guide the position.
**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
- Researching, drafting, developing and updating internal and external guidance material while ensuring that they comply with standards for plain English and accessibility.
- Interpreting the policy and legislative environment the branch operates in.
- Understanding the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
- Providing service delivery knowledge and advice about procedural guidance, practice implementation and operational matters.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, maintaining best practice and innovation in the branch.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and draft policy and procedural information into clear and easy to understand guidance material.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work under limited direction, guided by policies, accepted standards and precedents.
- Experience working in Confluence platform and JIRA project management tool.
