Resort Ambassador Job Opportunity
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Resort Ambassador to join our Front Office team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills to help deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
You will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests on arrival, assisting with check in/out, safely transporting and storing luggage, delivering items to guest rooms as required, and offering recommendations on resort facilities, attractions, restaurants, and local events.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
About the Role
This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to comfortably lift 20kgs. Previous experience in a similar role in a 4–5 star hotel or resort is desirable, but not essential.
* Welcome and greet guests on arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience
* Assist guests and groups with check in/out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
* Safely transport and store luggage, using equipment such as golf carts
* Deliver items to guest rooms as required, demonstrating attention to detail and care
* Offer recommendations on resort facilities, attractions, restaurants, and local events, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm
