What will your typical day look like? We are building out our Banking Solutions team and are looking for a Senior Consultant to join us You will work closely with banking clients to solve complex, challenging problems that deliver real value, driving innovation and client satisfaction.

About The Team
Our Banking Solutions Team specializes in modernizing and digitizing banking services. We possess deep industry knowledge and skills across strategy, operating models, architecture, engineering, and delivery. We work across consulting, strategy, engineering, and implementation, helping define future banking solutions and strategies.
You will influence clients' strategic journeys, communicate across stakeholders, and contribute to team growth. We value teamwork, effort, and fun
About You
You are comfortable with ambiguity, strategic, self-motivated, and eager to grow in banking technology. You have 2-5 years of client-facing or advisory experience, with at least 2 years in banking strategy with a technological focus. You possess experience in solution design, architecture, or business analysis, especially in areas like core modernization, onboarding, lending transformation, or payment management.
Additional skills include analytical thinking, storytelling, facilitation, stakeholder influence, and report development. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and certifications in cloud architecture or BIAN are desirable.
