* MBBS or equivalent qualification is essential
* A minimum of three years' postgraduate experience in public hospital service is required
* Demonstrated ability to complete rotations as allocated and meet performance expectations
* Able to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment
* Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations
