* Lead and supervise team members, including Interns, Student Pharmacists, and Assistants
* Manage dispensary inventory and process orders effectively
* Support business growth strategies
Requirements
* AHPRA registration as a qualified Pharmacist
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
* Business acumen and attention to detail
