Job Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Planning Administrator.
In this dynamic support role, you will work closely with the Planning Department to ensure the smooth processing of essential applications, documentation, and administrative tasks across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
* Submit applications for electricity, gas, and NBN connections
* Organize final meter reads post-handover
* Lodge OC documents with councils and certifiers
* Apply for water meters, driveways, and plumbing & drainage approvals
* Collaborate with the Estimation team to support job ordering and schedule management
* Liaise with trades and suppliers regarding POs, plans, and selections
* Maintain digital filing, progress photos, and project management software
* Provide administrative support to internal departments and respond to phone enquiries
* Set up and manage construction folders and documentation checklists
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving coordination issues when they arise
About You:
* Experience within an office or administrative environment preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable with digital tools and project management software
* Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment

This is a full-time, 5 days per week office-based role. Monday to Friday.
