About the Role
* Customer Service Specialist: Provide warm and inclusive service to all library patrons.
* Programs and Events Coordinator: Assist with events and programs that promote literacy, learning, and community engagement.
* Digital Literacy Supporter: Help community members develop their digital skills and confidence using technology.
* Library Operations Assistant: Support the day-to-day operations of the library, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service, strong communication and teamwork skills, flexibility to work across different shifts and service areas, and an interest in literacy, learning, or community programming.
Prior experience in libraries or customer service is beneficial but not essential. We value enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
