This pivotal leadership role is responsible for providing strategic financial direction, commercial insight, and governance across all aspects of the business.Working closely with Senior leadership and the Board, you will play a key role in shaping business strategy, driving performance, and supporting sustainable growth. You will lead the finance function with a strong focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and commercial partnership.Key responsibilitiesProviding strategic financial leadership and contributing to the development and execution of business strategy, objectives, and performance outcomesIdentifying and driving strategic business and growth opportunitiesStrengthening financial governance, risk management, and internal controls across ATOMDelivering commercial and financial support to business unit leaders to enable informed decision makingLeading and implementing process, systems, and capability improvements across finance, procurement, and internal controlsCoaching, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team comprising two Finance Managers and one Procurement Manager, with three additional indirect reportsYou are a commercially minded finance leader with proven experience operating in a similar role within a complex business environment.
