Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE) in Tasmania.
This role is ideal for an individual with experience in order processing, logistics, supply chain, sales support, or sales administration. As a Fulfilment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with customers, internal departments, and external suppliers and couriers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of high-quality products.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Order Management: Process orders, verify accuracy, and select efficient fulfilment methods.
2. Delivery Coordination: Prepare shipments, schedule deliveries, and track progress.
3. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, maintain records, and assist with stocktakes.
4. Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries and provide delivery updates.
5. Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
6. Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment.
7. Warehouse Support: Assist with stock movements and reporting.
