The New South Wales Wildlife Council is the peak body for 68% of the wildlife rescue and rehabilitation sector in NSW. Dedicated to advocating for the resources to support licensed rescue groups. The Council consists of 8 elected committee members who manage the Council on behalf of the 29 member groups.
Role Description
The role involves providing remote technical support for 5-8 home-based management committee members who use their own personal desktops; troubleshooting technical issues and vendor management for a Squarespace website, Thinkific elearning hub and Google Workspace. The individual (and a back-up IT support) will also be available to support the organisation during environmental emergencies.
Qualifications
* Proficiency and experience in Remote Technical Support and Troubleshooting
* Experience working with Google Workspace, and Squarespace
* Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities
* Experience with IT support for non-profit organizations is a plus
* Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or a related field is strongly preferred
Remuneration
We are looking to engage an IT Support professional with an ABN who is willing to invoice at an hourly rate. As a NFP our budget is restricted.
