We are looking for a casual receptionist to join our chiropractic clinic situated in Joondalup.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as such you will need to be competent in all aspects of customer service, Good telephone manner, ensuring the reception area is professionally maintained and patients are dealt with efficiently and to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner
· Scheduling and managing patients appointments
· Answering phones and emails
· Data Entry
· Receipting payments
· General everyday office maintenance
· Social media, Newsletters and blogging
You need to have an eye for detail and able to tackle any task with confidence. Additionally you will be an effective communicator and demonstrate empathy and compassion to patients.
