Administration Assistant – Regional Group Australia (Dubbo, NSW)
Support our Construction Materials business unit by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
* Perform general administrative duties
* Handle supplier account applications
* Check customer trade references
* Generate delivery docket reports
* Book travel arrangements
* Manage weighbridge systems and orders
* Assist with purchasing
* Enter timesheet data
* Oversee contractor management
* Correspond with suppliers, customers, and employees
* Prepare communications, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
* Produce end‑of‑month reporting
* Process documents and perform data entry
* Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Competence in Microsoft Office
* Experience with Microsoft D365 (preferred but not essential)
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Initiative, proactive and organised approach to work
This is a full‑time position based in Dubbo NSW.
