We're partnering with a well-established corporate services firm to recruit their next full-time Bookkeeper, joining a growing and high-performing finance team.
This is an opportunity to manage your own client portfolio, work alongside a team of 8 other experienced bookkeepers and a wider team of accountants and company secretaries, and gain exposure to ASX-listed and private entities — all within a business that genuinely prioritises learning and progression.

The Role
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring proper documentation for all transactions.
* Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
* Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.
* Preparing and submitting payroll on a regular schedule.
* Managing tax filings, including BAS/IAS and liaising with the Australian Taxation Office as required.
* Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Assisting with the preparation of interim and annual financial reports.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors as required.
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within the mining or resources industry.
* Experience in the mining or resources industry is preferred but we welcome candidates from other sectors who meet the technical requirements.
* Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices and software (e.g. Xero or MYOB) is essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must have full working rights.
