About the Role:

This position involves providing specialist services to physiotherapy and senior clinical leadership within physiotherapy. You will be working within the respiratory support team to manage patients with both acute and chronic respiratory failure requiring non-invasive ventilatory (NIV) support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assessment, initiation, education, discharge and follow-up of patients requiring non-invasive ventilation

* Providing specialist services to physiotherapy and senior clinical leadership within physiotherapy

* Maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
To be successful in this role, you will require:
">
">
* A bachelor or postgraduate degree in physiotherapy or equivalent and current registration with AHPRA
">
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of physiotherapy
">
* Extensive experience and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships through the application of written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
">

Salary:

The remuneration for this position is $61.35 - $62.84 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation.
