Key Responsibilities
Design, install, and maintain client LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN systems
Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity for business workstations, servers, and cloud systems
Support computer hardware installations and integration with existing networks
Monitor network performance and resolve outages or performance issues
Implement cybersecurity measures including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls
Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients
Maintain documentation of network configurations and updates
Assist with server setup, backups, and disaster recovery solutions
What We're Looking For
Experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
Experience with Cisco, Ubiquiti, or similar networking hardware
Solid troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+, etc.) highly regarded
