Role Summary:
As a Learning Designer, you will work on creating high-quality learning experiences aligned to agreed design principles. You will leverage learning science and storytelling techniques to ensure learners acquire necessary knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing impactful learning experiences that incorporate technology and AI
* Working with developers to translate designs into visually engaging deliverables
* Reporting to the Learning Pod Lead for guidance and quality standards
* Developing strong relationships with the Learning Team
* Driving continuous quality improvement through self-reviewing content
The ideal candidate has experience in learning design and qualifications in adult learning design or learning science. They must be able to create engaging blended learning that aligns to business outcomes. Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback is essential.
