The Role
* Admin support and diary management
* Handled all enquires and respond to emails
* Organise photoshoots
* Coordinate advertising and marketing
* Callbacks and CRM database management
* Market research and helping with inquiries
* Managing exchange paperwork and client gifts
The Candidate
* Have a strong administration/sales support background in Real Estate
* Ability to manage a prestigious workload with high‐end clientele - you will be working on multi-million dollar listings
* Provide a high stand of customer service
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
