Bottle Shop Manager – Full Time

About the Role:
As Bottle Shop Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our bottle shop, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding service. You'll lead a small team and work closely with venue management to achieve sales and operational targets.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
* Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, company policies and Thirsty Camel Banner compliance.
* Reviewing and implementing ranging ideas, negotiating supplier pricing, promotions and deals
* Lead, coach, and roster your team for smooth operations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
* Maintain accurate reporting and assist with budgeting.
* Foster a positive team culture and clear communication.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in retail or hospitality management (liquor industry experience highly regarded).
* RSA certification, forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage budgets, stock, and operational targets.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
