About the Role
The Senior Manager Home Buying Marketing leads a team of three to deliver a marketing plan and implementation that drives towards our goal of achieving 500 home loan applications per day.
The role sits within Brand and Marketing. This team is responsible for driving brand fame that attracts our target customers and Brilliant Brokers through best-in-class marketing planning and execution.
Skills and experience you’ll need
* Business and communication strategy – Ability to understand business strategy, set marketing strategy, bring it to life and deliver against it, within a large P&L business. You anchor decisions in data and customer insights.
* Marketing – Experience leading multi-million dollar through the line campaigns from strategy to implementation. All channels from video to events to customer comms. Including media and creative and working with agencies. Track record of results delivered.
* Team leadership – A progressive leader who sets high standards and motivates your teams to achieve.
* Mindset – Break-through thinking, innovation and a willingness to experiment.
* Communication and stakeholder management – Work collaboratively to champion high-quality experiences and solve problems. A clear and compelling communicator who can craft and present a story to board-level stakeholders.
* Banking / home lending knowledge – Ideally some knowledge of the financial services or home lending landscape in Australia (not essential). 6+ years in a comparable role.
