As a Recruitment Consultant at ANZUK Education, you won't just fill shifts, you'll help create stability, confidence, and care for children across Victoria. Every placement you make supports educators, services, and families when it matters most.
If you're people-focused, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where relationships come first, this could be where you really find your groove.
About the role
You'll take ownership of end-to-end temporary recruitment for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services across Victoria, with a strong local focus in Geelong. This is a hands‐on, relationship‐driven role where pace, detail, and care all matter.
In this role, you'll:
* Recruit, screen, and interview OSHC educators, matching the right people to the right services
* Write and manage job ads, educator profiles, and compliance documentation
* Build trusted partnerships with OSHC services, understanding their staffing needs and rhythms
* Support and prepare educators through the recruitment journey, providing clear communication and feedback
* Grow your desk through proactive business development, networking, and referrals
* Contribute to a supportive, values‐led team culture where success is shared
* 5 weeks annual leave, plus birthday leave and volunteer days
* Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 1 from home, 1 client‐facing
* Clear career pathways into senior, leadership, or specialist roles
* Breakfast, snacks, and wellbeing initiatives in the office
* Ongoing learning, development, and mentoring support
* A genuinely supportive environment — no egos, just good humans doing meaningful work
About you
You'll likely bring:
* Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, call centres, or other people‐facing roles
* The capacity to work a rotating roster between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Organisation, resilience, and comfort working at pace
* Commercial awareness paired with emotional intelligence
* Full working rights in Australia, a valid driver's licence, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC
