Your Opportunity
This is a permanent part-time opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Cairns branch. Working around 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, this role offers flexible start and finish times, including school hours. You will be the go‐to support person for the branch, helping keep systems, processes and administration running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
* Setting up and maintaining project files, records and work order approvals
* Assist in finalising project documentation and completion of project sign offs
* Lead end of month processing activities, including raising of claims and Work in Progress
* Accounts Payable – processing of invoices for creditors and sub-contractors
* Review and pre-processing of timesheets/interpreting Enterprise Agreement
* Arranging travel and social functions
Ideally you will have a minimum of three years of administration experience in a trades‐related industry. You will also excel in the following:
* End of month processing/basic contracts administration
* Working with a medium/large ERP system
* AP/AR processes
* Intermediate MS Excel skills
* Being a self‐starter who is well organised to meet set deadlines
* Delivering great customer service to internal and external stakeholders
