Overview
Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at Manningham (Lower Templestowe). This is a full-time (Mon-Fri) position, with rotation through our Camberwell, Knox, and Vermont clinics.
As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for:
* Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
* Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
* Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers
* Issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required
* Entering and updating patient registration details
* Ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

* Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
