Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands & AC Hotel by Marriott Melbourne Southbank are seeking a creative and design orientated storyteller to join our team as a Marketing Manager (Multi-property).
Position Summary :
Reporting to the Director of Marketing (Multi-property) this role will be responsible for managing the Social Media platforms including but not limited to the following :
Lead the team in executing marketing strategies and social media campaigns to achieve property objectives.
Create and publish compelling social media content to drive engagement and visibility.
Plan and execute creative campaigns promoting hotel events F&B outlets room offers and brand initiatives tailoring content to different guest segments.
Design and produce hotel collateral such as brochures menus flyers and event signage and collaborate with photographers videographers and influencers as needed.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring all communications reflect Marriott core values.
Work closely with the Cluster Director of Marketing to ensure the annual marketing plan is executed on time and to budget.
About You :
To be successful in this role you will have :
Proven experience in a marketing role within the hospitality sector (minimum 2 years).
Expertise in social media management content planning and paid social campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of Canva (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
Solid understanding of ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting insights and optimisation.
Confident in developing visual content including images videos and animated graphics for online channels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A strong desire to be the best in the business.
Working rights in Australia.
Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
