In Jan '22, we opened Gage Roads Freo, our **** capacity brewpub, located in the Fremantle Port, on the Walyalup Waterfront. Perfectly perched on right on the harbour, our venue overlooks the channel of water that originally inspired our name.
Since slinging our first beer, we've solidified ourselves as a "must visit" for tourists, and a regular spot for locals, taking out awards like "Best Bar" and "Best Outdoor Area". Not to mention being packed to the rafters day in and day out.

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will be experienced in:
Managing a wood-fired oven
Responsible for stock control and ordering of quality raw materials
Maintaining cleanliness and following all food hygiene and environmental health procedures and record-keeping procedures
Able to work under pressure while working closely with the kitchen and FOH team
A team player, you will add to our strong team spirit
Able to train an assistant/s to help us further develop the team.
