At Nowra you would join a highly experienced and knowledgeable multidisciplinary team who strive for excellence each and every day. Overall, we have a highly varied and diverse caseload across the disciplines, ranging in age, diagnosis, complexity and needs, specifically within the cerebral palsy and disability space. With 75% of our clients under the age of 14 though, this is a great opportunity for you to specialise in early intervention therapy and grow your career with CPA.

We are integrated closely into the community and have developed amazing relationships with our families and local partners in the area. You could be living on some of the most desirable coastline in NSW, if not Australia, all within a short 30min drive from the centre of town, and we aim to provide flexible working arrangements to maintain an optimal work/life balance.

What We Offer?

* Salary: clinical salaries are graded with an approximate range of $80-140k incl super including tax free packaging; for more information, please discuss with our recruitment team.

* Investment in YOU: receive professional development opportunities valued up to $20,000 in your first year and $10,000 each year after that.

* Relocation allowance: if you're moving for this role, we offer an allowance of up to $5,000, T&Cs apply

To be eligible you will need:

* Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology

* Evidence of current SPA registration.

* A current driver's license and your own vehicle
