About the Role As a Customer Service and Administration Support Officer, you'll be part of a regional team, providing skilled frontline support and high-quality admin assistance across a wide range of services. - Be the first point of contact for customers, providing helpful advice, information and guidance. - Triage and redirect enquiries across areas like agriculture, natural resource management, biosecurity and emergency management. - Provide essential admin support, including records, data entry, customer information management and routine correspondence. - Support day-to-day business operations, including accounts receivable, cash receipting, reconciliations, meeting coordination, and office support. - Help improve customer and admin services by sharing feedback, contributing ideas, and supporting complaint resolution processes. You'll play a key role in a collaborative local team that support landholders, communities and stakeholders to deliver trusted services across the region. To be successful in this role you'll ideally have: - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide helpful, professional and timely support. - Experience in administrative support, including records, databases, systems and routine correspondence. - Confidence handling enquiries, providing clear information, and escalating more complex matters appropriately. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. - A collaborative approach and willingness to support team priorities and shared outcomes. - Experience with finance administration tasks such as receipting, invoicing, reconciliations, or similar. - Good judgement and a practical approach to problem solving in a busy service environment. Essential requirements - Current NSW Driver Licence. - Ability and willingness to travel.
