We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our digital media team, someone who thrives at the intersection of client relationships, social media performance, and smart execution. This role is perfect for a digitally savvy operator who enjoys owning accounts end-to-end, staying hands-on in platforms, and helping clients grow through impactful social campaigns.
You'll work with well-known, ambitious D2C brands operating at scale, supported by experienced Account Directors and specialist teams. It's a role with real responsibility, real budgets, and real opportunity to grow.

What you'll be doing
Own the client relationship.
* Be the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of accounts, building trusted partnerships and delivering high-quality work.
* Lead client communications, performance storytelling, and campaign reviews with confidence
* Support strategic planning, growth opportunities, and commercial conversations alongside senior team members.
Stay hands-on with paid social.
* Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
* Own the full campaign lifecycle — setup, testing, optimisation, pacing, and reporting.
* Turn insights into action, working closely with creative and strategy teams to improve performance.
Think beyond one channel.
* Coordinate activity across social, search, video, and other digital channels.
* Translate client goals into clear briefs and optimisation priorities
* Keep a close eye on performance, identifying opportunities and flagging risks early
Be a great teammate.
* Collaborate with strategy, trading, creative, and analytics teams
* Mentor junior team members and help raise the bar on social and account excellence
* Contribute to smarter processes that reduce admin and increase impact
What we're looking for
* Experience in a digital or media agency environment, with client-facing account management exposure
* Hands-on paid social experience, particularly across Meta and TikTok
* Confidence managing campaigns, budgets, audiences, creative rotation, and performance pacing
* A natural communicator who can move comfortably between in-platform detail and high-level client conversations
* Organised, proactive, and commercially minded — you take ownership and follow things through
* A genuine interest in social media, performance marketing, and how digital drives business outcomes
