About the Role
· As a Sous Chef at Kailis Bros you will:
Have a hands-on approach assisting the Head Chef in leading the team through various service periods.
· Contribute your ideas to deliver creative, high-quality seasonal menus using the finest local seafood and produce across our restaurant, fish market and catering in line with our mediterranean heritage.
· Support the Head Chef to lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Ensure exceptional food standards in preparation, presentation, and execution are upheld.
About You
· You are an enthusiastic Sous Chef who thrives on delivering high quality, simple fresh seafood.
· You have a demonstrated ability to take on responsibility with experience in menu development, cost control, and food innovation.
· You have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage high volume shifts and in the kitchen.
· You have outstanding communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
