About the Role

We are establishing a new high-tech automotive manufacturing facility in KAEC as part of a major German Tier 1 supplier's strategic expansion. As one of the early members of our leadership and support organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the foundation of a modern, internationally integrated operation.

Our Managing Director—currently part of our global organization and transitioning to the Saudi entity upon company registration—leads the launch, operational setup, and strategic development of the KAEC plant. His role involves extensive travel within the region and to Europe. We are now seeking a highly capable, proactive, and culturally agile Assistant to Managing Director to support him in a broad range of administrative, coordination, and communication tasks. The Assistant to Managing Director ensures smooth daily operations by providing executive-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating international and domestic travel, facilitating communication across departments and countries, and supporting the MD in all organizational and project-related matters. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering automotive greenfield project, working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director.
* Manage complex calendars, meeting agendas, appointments, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate extensive travel arrangements (regional + international) including visas, logistics, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Prepare and review documentation, presentations, reports, and correspondence in Arabic and English.
* Serve as a key communication link between the MD, internal teams (local + global), and external stakeholders.
* Support coordination between the Saudi entity, German headquarters, and regional partners.
* Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables related to plant launch activities.
* Prepare documentation for government relations, regulatory procedures, and corporate compliance.
* Assist in hosting delegations, auditors, customers, and senior leadership visits.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional, culturally sensitive representation at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory

* Saudi nationality.
* Native-level Arabic proficiency.
* Fluent English (written & spoken) — essential for communication with the MD and international teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Languages, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.
* Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication skills and cultural awareness.
* Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
* Willingness and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing environment typical of greenfield operations.

Preferred

* Knowledge of French or German
* Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or international corporate settings.
* Familiarity with KAEC, Jeddah region, or similar economic zones

What We Offer

* Opportunity to work closely with top management on a high-impact, strategic greenfield project.
* A dynamic, multicultural work environment with strong long-term career potential.
* Competitive compensation and benefits package.
* Exposure to international teams, including German HQ.
* A chance to contribute meaningfully to the establishment of one of the most advanced automotive manufacturing operations in the region.
