Your new role
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance, efficiency, and customer experience across multiple company-owned and franchise locations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations across multiple retail sites, ensuring consistency and excellence.
* Drive compliance with SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
* Recruit, train, and coach store managers and frontline teams.
* Monitoring KPIs
* Manage inventory, ordering and wastage.
* Lead new store openings, including recruitment, training, and pre-launch readiness.
* Support franchise partners with operational guidance and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations. Food and beverage/retail background essential.
* Proven leadership and team development skills.
* A driving licence as travel will be required.
* Strong knowledge of food safety, service standards, labour, and inventory management.
* Candidates who speak Thai or Mandarin are highly desirable to support effective communication with overseas teams.
* A hands-on, field-oriented leadership style.
