Operations Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced manager to join our team as Operations Manager. This part-time role involves managing all daily operations of multiple locations.

* Focus on people and communication, financial analysis, and problem-solving, particularly relating to complex management issues.
* Act as a conduit between departments and teams.
* Liaise with external stakeholders and industry bodies to promote and grow the business.
* Focus on business development and project management.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure operational aspects support members and customers with high-quality service.
* Ensure pharmacies are appropriately staffed and resourced.
* Manage KPIs across designated pharmacies.
* Develop policies and procedures.
* Work with pharmacy managers to reach financial targets and develop plans for business performance.
* Identify and address opportunities for continual improvement.
* Project management and reporting.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business, or management.
* Operational management experience at a senior level.
* Leadership and people management experience and skills.
* A record of achievement in operations and/or project management.
* Demonstrated integrity and commitment to our purpose and guiding principles.
* Analytical skills.
* People skills and influencing skills.
