The Opportunity
Our client is a well established mid to large tier professional services firm operating within the private practice accounting and advisory market. Due to continued growth within their specialist agriculture and regional client portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Advisory Manager to join their high performing team.

This position will suit a technically strong and commercially minded professional who enjoys working closely with primary producers, agribusiness owners and rural enterprises to drive financial performance, growth and long term sustainability.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership within the business advisory division, you will take ownership of a diverse agriculture focused client portfolio while leading and developing a team of accounting professionals.
* Managing end to end client advisory relationships across agriculture and agribusiness sectors
* Delivering strategic business advisory services including forecasting, structuring, tax planning and growth strategies
* Providing commercial insights to support client decision making and long term planning
* Reviewing financial statements, tax compliance and advisory deliverables
* Leading, mentoring and developing junior and senior team members
* Working closely with Partners on complex client engagements and business development initiatives
About You
* CA or CPA qualified or near completion
* Demonstrated experience within public practice accounting
* Strong exposure to business advisory and client relationship management
* Experience working with agriculture or regional clients will be highly regarded
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into practical advice
* Proven leadership capability and ability to manage workflow and team performance
