We are seeking a sales professional to join our team in metro and regional Victoria.
About the Role:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience, positioning Levande as the preferred choice
* Achieve sales targets by guiding prospects from enquiry through to settlement
* Represent Levande with professionalism and integrity across multiple communities
* Stay ahead of local market trends and competitor activity
Key Qualifications:
* 2-3 years' experience in face-to-face sales (retirement living, real estate, or similar)
* Proven ability to convert leads into successful outcomes through ethical sales practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong customer focus
* Ability to travel between different locations as part of a mobile sales role
* Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
Desirable Experience:
* Background in retirement living or residential property sales
* Experience in financial services, business development, or high-value consumer sales
