The Role
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapists to join our team. This is a diverse community-based role where you will conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and provide professional reports that directly improve quality of life.
Key responsibilities include
Completing Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and mobility assessments.
Conducting Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) housing assessments and reports.
Completing Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and equipment prescriptions.
Undertaking home modification assessments (minor and complex).
Assessing independent living skills to support daily life and community engagement.
Delivering seating and positioning assessments and recommendations.
Conducting risk, safety, and falls assessments.
Collaborating with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to achieve participant goals.
Ensuring timely and accurate documentation in line with NDIS requirements.
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration.
Strong assessment and professional report writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
