About the role
The Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the business runs efficiently and effectively day-to-day, acting as the conduit between directors, departments, and key external partners.
This position leads operational planning, financial management, staff development and continuous process improvement, while overseeing HR, internal communications and organisational performance to support alignment with strategic goals, drive profitability, strengthen culture and enable our team to do their best work across every area of the business.
What you'll bring
Experience in operations / general management (3–5+ years)
Strong people and leadership capability
Financial competence and confidence managing budgets / reporting
Calm, solutions-focused style and high attention to detail
Ideally experience within property / real estate (not mandatory but very valuable)
