Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end administration support to the assets and operations department. This is a full-time permanent position that can be based at any of our concrete plants across the region.
Responsibilities
* Daily maintenance of all purchase orders
* Maintenance of our assets in Maximo
* Management of asset transfers, changes, new asset set up and disposals in Maximo
* Raising purchase orders for capital expenditures as required
* Onboarding and training of new suppliers
* Compilation of data and completion of monthly reports
Requirements
* Strong administrative experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
* A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
* Strong time management and prioritization skills
* High-level attention to detail
* Experience using applications such as Oracle, Maximo and Microsoft Office preferred but not essential
